Join us as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Agent representing a financial services organization at the Malvern location!  You’ll shine in this role if you have a passion for helping people and solving problems.  A typical day will include answering inbound requests via phone or email concerning payment processing and resolving customer concerns.  Best of all, you’ll work in a fun, team environment!
