Chamber Staff
Nikki Cranford Launius, Executive Director Nikki came on board the Chamber as Executive Director in 2008. She is a native of Malvern and a 1982 graduate of Malvern High School. She graduated from the University of Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. Along with Chamber responsibilities, Nikki serves as the Economic Development Officer for the Hot Spring County and the Revolving Loan Fund Administrator for the City of Malvern. Nikki has owned a small business in Oklahoma while working as a marketing executive for most of her career, except for her stints as a reporter. Most notably, she covered the Oklahoma City bombing aftermath for US News & World Report. She was Director of Marketing at St. Joseph's in Hot Springs and has also served as Assistant Vice President of the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, a large federal and state contractor for Medicare and Medicaid. She has 25 years of experience in management and business. She and her husband, Richard, together have five adult children and a Labrador mix named Topper.
Tonya joined the chamber as Executive Assistant in 2009. She is a 1995 graduate of Glen Rose High School. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Henderson State University and has 15 years of experience in customer relations. Tonya and her husband, Thomas, have two children, Morgan and Megan. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, reading and crafting. She is an active member of Butterfield Missionary Baptist Church.
