    Job Title: Seasonal Marketing and Group Sales Assistant/Intern
    Reports To: Marketing Director
    Department: Marketing & Sales
    Summary: The Marketing and Sales Department at Magic Springs makes up one of the most vital aspects of our organization’s success. The Marketing and Sales Seasonal Assistant/Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales team with various projects and programs, including social media, sponsorship activation, promotions, special events, concert support, web administration, and public relations efforts.
    • Assist the Marketing Director with various departmental functions
    • Assist in the planning, implementing and execution of events including but not limited to Concerts, Group Events, Mermaid Mondays, Dive-In Movies, Sponsorship Activation, Magic Screams and Other Promotions
    • Escort reporters, photographers, influencers, and other media personnel on park property
    • Manage donation requests and maintain social media and website content
    • General customer service and sales inquiries from guests in Administration Office
    • Performs other duties as required and assigned
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Prefer College student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Communication, Sales or related field
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours through 2022 season (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
    • Must have a valid driver’s license with clear driving records and be comfortable driving various park vehicles
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Organized and detail-orientated with a proven ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
    • Self-starter, capable of adapting to any work environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
    • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
