Average Joe Race and the Great Cook-off

The Average Joe is the easiest race in town.  The race consists of a float from Remmel Dam to the Whitewater Park using whatever you would like to float.  "The Winner" is the person who has the time in the middle, not the first and not the last!  The Great Cook-off is for whomever wants to compete.  The winner will be selected by public opinion.
